These are pictures of a zip gun. It doesn't look like a typical gun but don’t be fooled,  it can kill.

One night I was at home waiting for my husband. I was sitting on the couch when he came through the door. He walked into the kitchen and all of a sudden I heard a loud bang that made me jump.

He strode into the living room directly at me and grabbed my hand. Then he put that “thing” in my hand. I had never seen anything like it before so I had no idea what is was. It never occurred to me that it was a gun.  I had only seen guns on TV and never one like that.

He began to taunt me saying “I know you want me dead so just pull this lever back, go ahead pull this back and I’ll be dead.” He kept my hand around the gun and tried to make me pull the lever back but I didn't. I was terrified. His response was to laugh at me and tell me that I was a weak pathetic person.

He let go of my hand and I ran out of the house. When I came back he was gone.

I later found out after that it was a zip gun from the bodyguard that I hired after I left him.

One of us could have died that night….
